My Favourite Quotes

Hey everyone!

If you've just gone back to school/college, I hope you had a good first week back!

I've always been into reading quotes, and absolutely love anything that has a quote written on! I could spend hours looking at quotes, and recently I have been going through a stage where all I want to do is look through and read quotes.  I have so many favourites, and I find each ones can mean a lot. Obviously everyone has different opinions, and you may think differently to me, so I will just say what I think of these quotes. The quotes are in no particular order as I don't think I could really choose an order! Also, none of these quotes are mine.

Lets get into the quotes...

'Even the darkest night will end and the sun will rise' - I love this one because it's so true...whatever problems you face, they will disappear, and soon everything will be fine.  It just takes time.

 'Train your mind to see the best in every situation' - I think this quote is good because I think its something everyone should try and do because if you were to think of at least one positive thing in a bad situation, it would make the situation just a little bit better.  I'm definitely going to try and do this.

'A tiger doesn't lose sleep over the opinion of sheep' - I really like this quote, as to me it means to not worry about what others are saying, and carry on with what you are doing, and don't let it bother you.

'Believe you can and you're halfway there' - I think this is such a nice quote, because its saying when you believe in yourself, its halfway to where you want to get.

'I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say "Because of you I didn't give up."' - Although I'm not amazing at giving advice, I would like to think that one day I could see that I have helped or inspired someone.

'It always seems impossible until its done' - I love this quote, because to me its very true...I know it's bad but I feel like I'm the type of person to give up early, because I guess it almost seems impossible...but it's only impossible until you've done it.

'Allow your passion to become your purpose, and it will one day become your profession.' - I recently found this quote, and it's something I really believe in.  I think of you have the opportunity to pursue your passion and hobby as a career, you should 100% take it, because then it's likely you're going to love going to work.  One day I hope I'm able to say I have a career and job that I love.

'Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be.'  - Again, I love this quote because I believe it's true, and I think it's good to accept what is happening, let go of what has happened and believe in what will happen.  I think by doing these three things will bring more positivity. I think I'm going to try these things.

'Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations' - I have always loved this quote as I believe it is true as it shows everything may not always be smooth and you may face problems, but these can lead to a better outcome, or a destination that was unexpected.

'What a wonderful thought it is that some of the best days of our lives haven't even happened yet.' - I really like this quote because I think that it's motivating, because it makes you think that if times are hard, think ahead as there is always going to be something positive.  Whether it's finishing education with the grades you hoped for, or finally getting the career of job you have dreamt of having, or getting married, they may all be best days, and you should look forward to having the best days and achieving what you want to.

College Experience

Hey everyone! I'm very sorry that there hasn't been a blog post for the passed two weeks, I have been busy with college and getting back into the routine. Better late than never I suppose?! But I will be trying to get a post up every week when I have time and get into a routine. Everyone has been back to school/college for three weeks now (well in the UK), and I hope you've had a good time back so far! So as the title says, I'm going to share my experience of college this year so far, and hopefully it may help some of you for when you are faced with similar situations. Self-belief

Hey everyone! This post is going to be all about self-believe, self confidence and a positive mindset.  Self belief is something I personally find difficult to do.  This is because I tend to put myself down and think that I cannot achieve whatever it is that I am trying to do or working towards.  I think that this is an important topic and that I can express my experience as to how I have become more confident in myself and hopefully help others to believe in themselves.  Although I have gained more self belief, I still do not have a lot of self belief and I think this is down to the fact I like to see progress and when things don't work out it can be difficult to believe it will work. 2018/2019 Goals

Hey everyone! This is going to be a post on what I hope to achieve in 2018-2019, and what I am hoping to do throughout the year. I apologise for not being active on my blog in months, but so much has been happening, I really have struggled to find the time.  However, I really will try to make the time to write posts this year.  I originally was going to post this post at the start of 2018, but I never got the chance to finish writing it. So, lets get to the goals... 1.  Complete my course Sounds a bit silly, but I really want to finish my course with the a good grade that reflects my hard work and motivation to the course.  I am aiming for high grades, so it will be disappointing if I do not achieve the grades I am hoping for...but I don't there is nothing I can do and all I can do is just try my best. 2. College Experience Update

Hey everyone! I'm very sorry that there hasn't been a blog post for a while now.  I have been very busy and I didn't have a lot of time to post.  However, now I have finished the first year of my course at college, I have time to write posts.  I am hoping I can post consistently throughout the summer! Where Have I Been?!?!

Hey everyone! I am so so so sorry for not having a post uploaded for the last couple of weeks, even months.  Lately I have been super busy. This will probably be a short post, but all this is, is to tell you guys what I've been up to and why I haven't uploaded anything. However if I stay organised, I will hopefully get back into regular uploads! So, I'll get into discussing where I've been... Reading List

Hey everyone! Recently, I have been reading a lot as I have been enjoying it, so I decided to share the books I am wanting to read after I finish my current book, which is Anne Frank - The diary of a young girl (which I bought in Amsterdam at the museum).  And also, reading has always been one of my hobbies. I've always been a big reader, but I find I go through stages of wanting to read loads, and other times I only want to read a few pages or not at all.  So, I'm just going to list 10 books I want to read, and I will link them all.  Once I have read these books listed, I may do a book review post, so lookout for book reviews! 1. My Trip to Amsterdam!

Hey everyone! I hope you enjoyed my last post, which was ' Places I'd Like To Visit '. As you can tell from the title, this post is about my trip to Amsterdam. I will talk about my whole experience, from flying, to arriving, to the things I did and leaving. I'm just going to go straight into the post because I'm so excited to be writing about this! It was honestly the most incredible experience, and I definitely would like to go back there.  I had been waiting for months to go, since it was booked, and when the time finally came to leave for the airport I was ecstatic! I went for 3 days, so 4 nights, but I will talk about the day I went and the day I left. I will also include some photos I took. 😊 Day 1:   I wasn't really nervous about flying until we were queuing to board the   plane. Places I'd Like To Visit

Hey everyone! Earlier this week I was kind of torn on what post to upload today, so I decided to run a poll on twitter (@mydailylife_123) and the idea with the most votes was 'Places I'd like to visit', so I will just talk about a few of places I'd like to visit (no particular order), and any sights I'd like to see, as I LOVE sightseeing!
